Yesterday few guests came at my place. For the desert, I thought of trying something new so, tried this cinnamon and chocolate mousse. The recipe is quite simple. Hope you like it.

Ingredients:

1. 3 bars of milk chocolate. I took Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate. Make sure it doesn't have any nuts or caramel because it will not melt nicely.
2. 1 litre fresh cream
3. Crushed cookies or chocolate biscuits
4. 4 tsp of cinnamon powder. (Dry roast cinnamon and grind it to make a fine powder)
5. Chocolate sauce
6. 4 tbsp castor sugar

Method:

1. Cut the chocolate bars in small pieces and keep in a bowl. Add castor sugar.
2. Take 250 ml of cream and heat it in a pan
3. When cream gets a little hot, pour it over the chocolate and mix well so that the chocolate melts and mixes well with the cream.
4. Take a big bowl. Add chilled water and some ice cubes to it. Keep the bowl of cream and chocolate over the ice in the big bowl and keep stirring so that the mixture cools down.
5. Take remaining cream in another bowl and whisk it nicely so that cream becomes light and fluffy.
6. Mix the cream with the chocolate cream mixture with very soft hands
7. Pour the entire mixture in small glasses. Sprinkle cinnamon powder.
8. Keep the glasses in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours so that mousse sets nicely.
9. While serving, sprinkle crushed biscuits over the mousse and pour some chocolate sauce.
10. Serve it chilled.
